ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Federal Minister for Information Attaullah Tarar has said that Pakistan has targeted 10 drone launch and storage sites in Afghanistan.
In his statement, the minister said that he strongly condemned the drone attack on Pakistan from Afghan soil.
“The infiltration of drones from Afghan soil on September 23 is a clear violation of Pakistan's sovereignty.
“Pakistan's air defences disabled all the infiltrating drones before they reached their targets,” the minister said.

He said Pakistan's operations in Afghanistan were precise, limited, and limited to direct military targets.
Attacks on Pakistan from Afghan soil will not be tolerated under any circumstances, he said.
Attaullah Tarar said that Pakistan has the full right to defend its territory, people and national security.
The Afghan regime should immediately cease all hostile activities against Pakistan. Afghan territory should not be used for terrorism or attacks against Pakistan, the minister warned.
The minister added that Pakistan is committed to peace, dialogue and constructive relations in the region.
The desire for peace should not be considered weakness, and further provocations will be met with a strong response, the information minister warned.
