Summary Hot and humid weather is expected across Pakistan on Friday, with rain, thunderstorms and drizzle likely in several northern and coastal areas.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Most parts of the country experienced hot and dry weather today, while hot and humid conditions are expected across most plain areas on Friday.

According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, Islamabad will remain hot and humid, with a 30 percent chance of rain during the evening and night.

Most plain districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are expected to experience hot and humid weather, while partly cloudy conditions are likely in upper districts during the afternoon.

Rain accompanied by strong winds and thunderstorms is expected in Chitral, Swat, Dir, Kurram, Kohat and adjoining areas.

Most districts of Punjab are likely to remain hot and humid, while rain may occur in Murree, the Galiyat region and adjoining areas during the afternoon.

Most districts of Sindh are expected to experience hot and humid weather. Karachi and other coastal areas of Sindh may see partly cloudy conditions with chances of drizzle.

Most districts of Balochistan are likely to remain hot and humid, while partly cloudy conditions are expected in coastal areas.

In Kashmir, the weather is expected to remain dry with partly cloudy skies. Gilgit-Baltistan is also likely to experience dry weather with partly cloudy conditions, while rain is possible at a few places during the evening and night.
