Summary Balochistan government sets the upper age limit at 43 for most government job applicants, while employees with two years of service can apply up to age 50.

QUETTA (Dunya News) – The Balochistan government has granted a general relaxation in the upper age limit for government jobs.

According to a notification, the upper age limit has been set at 43 years for general candidates, persons with disabilities and legal heirs of martyrs. For employees who have completed two consecutive years of government service, the upper age limit will be 50 years.

The relaxation will not apply to posts where the maximum age limit is below 43 years.

According to the Balochistan government spokesperson, no further relaxation in the age limit will be granted. The new age relaxation will remain effective for three years from the date of issuance of the notification.
