KARACHI (Dunya News) - Gold prices recorded a significant increase in both domestic and international markets on Wednesday, with the price of 24-karat gold crossing Rs457,000 per tola in Pakistan.
According to the local bullion market, the price of 24-karat gold rose by Rs7,900 per tola, reaching Rs457,236.
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also increased by Rs6,773, taking its price to Rs392,006.
Gold prices also climbed in the international market, where the price per ounce increased by $79 to reach $4,347.
Meanwhile, the price of 24-karat silver rose by Rs140 per tola, reaching Rs6,942.
The latest increase comes amid a broader rise in precious metal prices in both domestic and international markets.
