KARACHI (Dunya News) – Gold prices continued to decline in both international and local markets on Friday amid uncertainty surrounding the global geopolitical situation.
According to market data, the price of gold in the international bullion market fell by $56 per ounce to $4,342.
Following the decline in international prices, the price of gold in Pakistan dropped by Rs5,600 per tola, bringing it down to Rs456,736.
The price of 10 grams of gold also decreased by Rs4,801 to Rs391,577.
Meanwhile, silver prices also witnessed a decline in both international and local markets.
The international price of silver fell by $2.53 per ounce to $63.92. As a result, the price of silver in the local market decreased by Rs253 per tola to Rs6,871.
The price of 10 grams of silver also declined by Rs217 to Rs5,890.
